Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a key tool for monitoring and controlling customer needs, making commercial proposals and issuing associated invoices.

The CRM tool oversees the global chain of processes where all departments of the company, such as the Sales department, Administrative departments, Quality department, Customer Services department, etc. are involved.The CRM tool therefore has several access levels, each depending on user access rights.

WEB access allows, for instance, any Sales associate to keep customer data up-to-date at any time through all Internet access media:

  - Simple computer with access to Internet, in an office, warehouse, storeroom, etc.
- Pocket PC, PDAs, BlackBerry, Iphone…
- Notebook with a 3G SIM card or similar
